MARIA SASS PORDOI REFUGE FORCELLA PORDOI REFUGE CAPANNA FASSA REFUGE BOE' REFUGE

Through the Sass Pordoi cableway, starting on Pordoi Pass, you can reach the Refuge Maria  (2950 meters); from here you can admire a wonderfull landscape on the whole Dolomiti Group. Then, took the path n°627 that across a little rocky stretch lead you to the Forcella Pordoi , where there is the homonymous Refuge (2849meters). Then the same path skirts a scree and goes on crossing deposits of snow and rocks; at the fork turn right in the path n° 638 taht begins to climb up the rocky pyramid of the Piz Boè, at first with a small and steep path that gradually disappears among the rocks and becames a little trace (always signalled!). In short the path reaches the top of the pyramide where is located the Refuge Capanna Fassa (3152meters). Here the 360° landscape on the Alpes is indescribable. Now the path begins to climb the the opposite side of the pyramid. At the beginning it is made easier by a metallic spare rope in a short dangerous stretch but then the path becomes larger and it slopes steeply a scree and leads to the Refuge Boè , where you  can admire the "lunar" landscape of the Sass Pordoi.
