Freeride and skialp, the most adventurous winter sport, can be practised all over Fassa Valley. A lot of summer routes are changed into wonderful skitours among the most exciting peaks of the Dolomites.

Tours in the group of Catinaccio, untill Gardeccia Valley, or in Duron Valley, are very thrilling; a wonderful landscape and an impressioning silence must be added to the amusement by practising this activity. In the northern part of Fassa Valley you can find the tours in Contrin Valley and, in the south part, on Costalunga Pass and the northern side of Latemar . I suggest then to the most expert the tracks that climb up the Marmolada glacier, the area of Sassolungo and the Lastìes Valley, that leads in the wonderful Sella Group.

Beware! Before setting out on these tours, I suggest you consulting the local alpin guides or the ski school, that surely can give you more precise information and also show you the best tours.
