Tone Valeruz

 

Tone Valeruz is surely one of the most important personalities in the field of extreme ski. He was born in Alba di Canazei in 1952 and he contributed with his daring skiings to promote the name of Fassa Valley all around the world. His most important entreprises are the descents of the Marmolada, the Vernel, the Zebrù, the Ortles, but also peaks as the Monte Bianco and the mountains of Patagonia and Himalaya. Nowadays he still works as ski teacher an alpin guide, thanks to the great experience given by his 70 entreprises, that marked the history of extreme ski.
